Product Prices Display

Version 1.3 introduces some changes to how Product prices are displayed:

Ratecard Price is hidden

Some products have a ratecard price (ratecard_price coming from BE) and a VONQ price (vonq_price coming from BE). The end user does not need to know about the ratecard price, and we received feedback that it confuses the user therefore we have hidden the ratecard price so only the VONQ price that user actually pays for, is displayed.
