Filepicker Error Handling

We have received feedback regarding some end users having issues loading the file upload tool due to network configuration.

When network configuration blocks (due to VPN, DNS, Firewall etc. configuration) the JS file of the tool we use called Filestack fails to load, however there was no feedback to the end user.

We have added a popup that opens if JS file fails to load due to network issues. As part of this popup, the following have been added:
