Outdated Contracts Additions

HAPI Backend now supports the ability to detect contracts that can no longer be used. HAPI Backend has has_errors: boolean added on Contract Listing endpoint and errors: string[] on Contract Details Single and Contract Details Multiple endpoints.

HAPI Elements will now show a badge at the top of the contract card as such:
