Salary Indication Accepts Decimals

HAPI Backend recently started supporting decimals in postingDetails.salaryIndication.range.from and postingDetails.salaryIndication.range.to so HAPI Elements HTML inputs as well as the campaignForm object now also support ability to specify decimals so the end user as well as ATS frontend code can fill in decimals.
