UI Submodule Improvements

We have received feedback from our partners that they are setting styles of many DOM elements within the widgets using the setStyle function.

To improve the developer experience as well as the performance degradation explained in Version 4.1 Performance Improvements Changelog, we have added a way to add/remove an entire stylesheet to the UI Service:

• addStyleSheet
• removeStyleSheet
