I have ordered a campaign on Acceptance and/or Sandbox environment but did not receive an invoice, why?

Acceptance and Sandbox environments are test environments therefore the invoices are not sent to end users. In production, the users will receive invoices.

I have ordered a campaign with contracts on Acceptance and/or Sandbox environment but my contract's credits did not get deducted, why?

Acceptance and Sandbox environments are test environments therefore the campaigns are not sent to the job boards. In production, the campaigns will be sent to the job boards and the credits from end user's contracts will be deducted.

We want to top-up our wallet balance but we first need to update our Billing Information. Is there any test Tax ID that we can use?

Yes, please select "US EIN" as the tax country then type 123456789 and it will be used by Stripe as a test tax ID.
