ATS Payments

ATS Payments simply refers to the fact that, the end user does not pay any money to VONQ and VONQ will be invoicing the ATS for the products/contracts the end user ordered.

As an ATS, how can we start using ATS Payments?​

ATS Managed payment option is available for all ATSs however it is not visible to the end user and can only be selected in these cases:

  • If none of the End User Payment Methods are enabled or user has a basket comprised of all contracts:

    • The end user does not see a "Payment Method" step in their order journey and HAPI Elements automatically selects this payment method thus allowing ATS to pay on behalf of the end user

      End User Payment Methods require at least one paid product in user's basket; because all the contracts have 0$ price and the credits are deducted from user's own contract with the job board, there is no payment to be done. In this case, according to the agreement the ATS has with VONQ, VONQ invoices the ATS for using VONQ's systems to handle job posting/credit deduction.

  • If any of the End User Payment Methods are enabled and user has at least one paid product in their basket:

    • The end user sees a "Payment Method" step in their order journey however they don't see and, they can't select "ATS Managed" payment option
    • If needed, the ATS can programmatically set ATS Managed option and hide the "Payment Method" step for certain business use cases
