Internal Tool Updates

The entire internal tooling stack and the Node.js runtime have been updated to their latest versions.

The iframe-resizer package has been updated to v5. In previous versions, iframe-resizer was attached to the window object for internal use. This was never intended to be used by integrators and was not documented. With the v5 update, iframe-resizer is no longer exposed on the window object.
